Plymouth Hills has approximately 56 homes in it.  The homes were built during the years of 1950 - 1964. 
The homes are mostly Colonial, ranch, and split level style homes.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  1.5 & 2.5 + bathrooms, basements.

Square footage of the ranch homes range from 1600 - 2400 square ft.
Square footage of the colonial homes range from 2000 - 2400 square ft.
Square footage of the split level homes range from 2500 - 2850 square ft.
