Country Acres Subdivision
 
Country Acres Subdivision / Country Club Village is a subdivision that will make any home owner looking for space happy.  Located off Ann Arbor Rd, Powell, and Napier it is conveniently close to M-14 or a short ride to I-275.  Country Acres / Country Club Village subdivision is on the western edge of Plymouth and Wayne County Michigan.



                                              



There are some buyers that have no clue what Plymouth or Plymouth Township is like.  Plymouth Township has some of Wayne Counties lowest taxes.  If you have a Metro Detroit relocation or Michigan relocation I suggest you check out Plymouth or some of Plymouth's subdivisions.


                                                     


What I think is great about Country Club Village subdivision is the large amount of commons areas, the community pool, the tennis courts, the playground.  This is on Plymouth subdivision that is "green" and has wide open spaces for the residents to use.





                          


What is a little strange is that if you look in public records the homes are listed as Country Acres subdivision, but all the signage around the sub says Country Club Village.  You can enter the the main part of the subdivision off Powell Rd or Ann Arbor Rd.  But there are their are some small sections of the sub that aren't connected to the rest of the sub that you can only enter off Napier Road.
