Lake Pointe subdivision is actually 9 subdivisions .  Lake Pointe has approximately 808 homes in it.  The homes were built during the years of 1997 - 2001. 
The homes are mostly Colonial, ranch, and split level style homes.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/aluminum exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  1.5 + bathrooms, basements.
Square footage of the colonial homes range from 1500 - 2300 square ft.
Square footage of the ranch homes range from 1000 - 1500 square ft. Square footage of the split level homes range from 1500 - 2000 square ft.
