| Steeplechase subdivision has one homeowners association. Steeplechase has approximately 175 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 2003 -2009. The subdivision is still not complete with many homesites still available. Their is one totally complete part of the sub that is entered off 7 Mile Rd. The Southern 6 mile section has not been completed yet. Toll Brothers is the home builder. The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 3 & 3+ car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements. Square footage of the homes range from 3100 - 5400 square ft. The school district is Northville Schools The location of the subdivision is between 6 and 7 mile roads and between Ridge and Napier Roads.
