Northville Commons subdivision is actually 5 subdivisions with one homeowners association. Northville Commons has approximately 325 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1971 -1980.
The homes are mostly Colonial, Ranch, and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have Aluminum, vinyl, brick/vinyl, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.
Square footage of the ranch homes range from 1700 - 2400 square ft. Square footage of the colonial homes range from 2300 - 3500 square ft

The school district is Northville Schools and Northville Commons has Winchester elementary and Meads Mill within walking distance.
There are 22 acres of parks and 1.6 miles of paved paths in the subdivision. It also has lighted tennis courts and basketball courts and a pavillion. The subdivision's official website is www.Northvillecommons.org The subdivision puts out a bi-monthly newsletter call the Common Thread.
The subdivision also has a few different events for it's residents which include Subdivision garage sale Spring/Easter event Fall/pumpkin event Garden club walks and meetings Wine tasting at the pavillion
The location of the subdivision is between 5 and 6 mile roads and between Haggerty and Northville Roads.
